Hi

When trying to get out of the truck last night. The inside handle just slipped and I could not open door from inside. So I reached out and opened for from outside handle.

Outside handle work fine (latch moves as it should). Inside handle slip in both locking and opening attempts.

Today I tried to remove the inside handle, but when I push the spring back for access to the pin, to knock pin out. I can located the pin hole, but since the handle slips I can’t figure out where the pin is.

It looks like the handle is moving and then there is a chrome sleeve.

I’m hoping it just the pin broke. But the shop manual doesn’t go into removal of inside handle.

Hope I described this correctly.....

Suggestions / help as always greatly appreciated.
