Default 40 Ford Convertible

Hey, I just sold my 40 convertible to local Fordbarner!!! Good car to a good home/great guy, and it is staying within the Barn! Nice to make a new friend who happens to be on here and only lives about an 1.5 hours away..

Just sold on Friday my 59ab engine that was on a thread I started a few months ago. He's going to use it in a A-V8 project and is a Barn member as well. I responded to his wanted ad here and know it's going to a good home. Said I was probably as old as his dad, ouch! He's a bit younger than myself, I'm only 53 ! Glad to see someone about 30 years old excited by a flathead though.

Hi M. I want to thank you again for a smooth/enjoyable transaction. I love the car, and it will be a keeper for me.
Also, thank you for the tour/education of your car/parts collection, it's appreciated.
I feel I've made a new friend, with the same car DNA as me.
