Door hinge pins removed... Butchered one on my drivers side door though.

The tool must have slipped, or it was just so solid in there that the pin seemed to become permanently swaged in there when I used the tool to extract it. I tried to drill it out on both sides and while I got the top drilled right on the mark, the bottom part of the hinge got mucked up so it looks like I'm going to need to find a new door hinge.

I suppose others have had similar luck before? The doors need work and I will be redoing the whole car, but hopefully it isn't too hard to source a decent hinge and rivet the half that goes inside the door correctly??

Prior to discarding same, look under "Search".

There is a company that makes Model A door hinge bushings especially to possibly restore your hinged named "Mr. Muck-Up" .... or ............ some kind person may remember the name of this company and re-post same.
