Default 35-36 open car windscreen

The original windscreen frame in my phaeton is in poor shape. I know Mr Roadster makes a replacement, does anyone else? How do any repop frames compare with original? Thank you, Brian

Trautwein's are the best.

They do have a slightly different cross section than the original Ford. The original had a longer outside face on the bottom and sides that partially covers the rubber seal, the repro is the same front and back. The original tubing outside face had a slight convex shape, the repro is flat. Should not be a problem for a street rod but for a 100% restoration points should be lost.

Hope this helps

Brian there was an elderly chap in Melbourne who was making them but he has passed away. I'll find his contact to see if somebody has taken on his business. Will let you know what I find.
