Working on my first restoration - a 29 Leatherback. Front posts and header were pretty much dust coming apart. Looking for pointers on assembly sequence and tips for getting the cowl back on with correct dimensions when reinstalling window and steel trim.

Where I'm stuck today is figuring how I will reinstall the cowl (before I screw it all together and glue). Did you have to replace your front pillars? I'm not sure if I should straighten the tabs on one side of the cowl that wrap around the pillars, so I can slide it on from the front...
