They were also used initially on '33 V8s with front cross members that carried over the '32 spacing of the center lines of the motor mount insulators of 12". When that spacing was increased to 17" early in the '33 model year cast iron combined water inlet/motor mount brackets were adopted along with a new front cross member.

An early '33 right side motor mount bracket used in concert with the stamped steel water inlet in your photo is shown below along with the early '33 front cross member.
A right side cast iron combined water inlet/mount is shown in the left corner of third photo

Here are the '33.34 ones.Early '33 intlets are like the '32 as David indicated

will the later one piece inlets/motor mounts block mounting holes compatible with the earlier two piece inlet and motor mount?

The holes for the attachment for the water inlets/motor mounts were unchanged from '32 through '36.
