From memory it's 40mm od, 17mm id, 10mm or 12mm deep.
Yes it's a metric size!
Can't check one right now, so hopefully someone will spuddle along with the confirmed size.
Martin.

There are many variations available of this basic bearing. I would suggest finding one that has high temp grease, and is sealed on both sides. The seals are usually made of a soft rubbery plastic material, that is sometimes reinforced with sheet metal. The versions with plain sheet metal covers, aka "shields", are not dust sealed, and you really need a sealed pilot bearing rather than one that just has the shields. Originally, Ford used pilot bearings that were open face or shielded, and these bearings usually failed from loss of grease and dust/dirt contamination.

Go to your local bearing supplier. starter/generator rebuild shop, parts store or transmission shop and ask for a "203" bearing. It is very common and should be only a few dollars. Many manufacturers may use the part number 6203, but your supplier will understand 203. Make sure to get one sealed on both sides and you may want to check to see that there is plenty of grease behind the seal. It just snaps in and is no trouble to remove and reinstall.
