39 rear shocks problem
installed my rebuilt rear shocks on my deluxe tudor and cannot get the links to fit. i had removed shocks many years ago and dont have the orriginal links. new links are 3" long and are too short to connect to shock which is at the end of its travel. first, are the 3" links correct for rear of 39? second, what should the shock arms measure and how are they removed? if anyone can post a picture of correct setup it would be great. thanks, mark

Re: 39 rear shocks problem
Marko, Did THESE shocks come off of the car? If so, they will go back on.
Three in shock links are correct for the rear (and front) of your car. Are you able to move the arm of the shock?

Re: 39 rear shocks problem
I think the shocks came off the car but was many years ago. The shock arm moves easily but link is hitting spring shackle preventing it from being vertical. It also looks as if the offset at the end of the arm is opposite what is needed. Wish I could post pic.
