Yes, I have several, but Ford did not offer them, rather they are an aftermarket offering first offered for Model As.
Much rarer and a legitimate Ford part is the '32 tail lamp housing without an opening for the license plate lamp lens. Ford's switch to single bulbs with two filaments in 1933 did not fly in three countries that required separate bulbs for brake and tail lamps. Those three countries were Denmark, Japan, and Switzerland, none of which had large car markets, hence the rarity of surviving examples.
Unlike the reproduction, the originals are not stamped "DUOLAMP" and in order to fit on a '33 tail lamp bracket with its built-in clinch nuts, there either are no square nuts inside or the nuts are thread less (I've seen them both ways). As you might imagine they likely looked odd in place as the back of them is larger in diameter than the normal '33 tail lamp housing and the back of the lamp bracket.
