These don't have synchro gears, so you do have to wait a second or two between first and second and not quite as long between second and third. Double-clutching on up shifts helps, but once I got the hang of waiting, I find that I don't need to double-clutch on upshifts. Downshifts are another matter altogether. Double clutching is a must (at least for me).

If you want to lurn to shift PROPERLY, jist put a LITTLE Kid in your car & he'll VOCALIZE the RIGHT way--LOL--Where do they lurn ALL this stuff????--They even know how to REV up to DOWNSHIFT!!
