Default F250 P/Steering box

My power steering box input seal is leaking fluid and want to know if I remove the snap ring holding the seal in, start the engine, turn the wheel, will the pressure in the box blow out the seal?

If its the pitman arm seal the answer is yes.

It is not the pitman seal, it's the input shaft seal
