My wife and I just returned form a trip to Glacier National Park. While there we took a Red Bus tour. The Red Buses were built by the White Motor Co. in the late 30's for use in the National Parks. Glacier Park has the last remaining fleet of 33 Red Buses. They were removed from service in the late 90's due to safety issues. Ford Motor Co. took on the project of restoring the entire fleet. The original bodies were removed and fitted to F450 chassis. They can run on gas or LPG. What a trip back in time. It was definitely the highlight of my vacation. Check out the Web for more details.
