The names benny
Hello everybody, I've been peeping for a while so i thought I'd introduce myself . My name's Benny. I live in the Pacific Northwest. I have a '37 1 1/2
truck and a '37 deluxe touring sdn. My late father was a car collector and street rodder..in the early 70's he was president of the local early ford v8 club.and collected 37's back when everybody thought they were ugly..and use to get them for a song..in fact one of his 37's made it into ray miller's v8 affair book ..my love of old fords came from him and watching old three stooges shorts..( i still can't believe they let a bear drive a rare 4cy '33 phaeton up a tree..) not only I'm i a v8er but i do also suffer from model t and a envy If I don't have anything nice or constructive to write i don't write at all..i also don't like getting into specific's over the Internets...i just don't want to end up in a bath tub full of ice missing a kidney so with that said..Howdy Benny Last edited by 37Benny; 11-09-2011 at 02:04 AM. |

Re: The names benny
Benny, A's & T's are good, T & A is better, V8''s Rule.
Most of us don't care for kidneys: Too tough. Sierra Pale goes well with Liver & Onions. The Three Stooges stuff... too much information.

Re: The names benny
Aw come on Benny, you probably have two good kidneys and may have to give up one to keep one of us other old V8ers going some day LOL. Anyway, welcome to the forum and post some pictures of those '37's. Most of us here think '37's are beautiful.
PS... t & a is good especially combined with a flat head

Re: The names benny
Stooge shorts are great for spotting early fords. I remember when the bear drove the 33 phaeton up the tree, also remember them driving a model A roadster through a wall. The stooges were rough on their fords!
