Default Trunk side panels

I purchased the trunk side panels from Dennis Carpenter. I was wondering if anyone has used these panels. I am confused as how to mount them. Which side is which and how to mount them.

Are they the side panels that cover the gap between the trunk floor and the quarter panel? If those are what you have they just screw down to the trunk floor with a sheet metal bolt. The panels should have the holes in them and you just line them up with the holes in the floor.
