Default Are these mainfolds from marine or stationary?

Are these manifolds from a marine conversion or from flathead V8 engines that were made for stationary power plants, maybe during war time??
I have seen three sets of these now.... two had the same universal shaft drive out the back without a gearbox.
They seem to common and FAR to heavy to be marine?
Thoughts?

If they are marine does anyone know who might have made them? I have a set of the manifolds and I cant find any makers name.

They are a direct raw water cooled engine (as opposed indirect with a heat exchanger).

"Osco" made marine conversion kits for many years but I seem to remember they cast their name on their water cooled exhaust manifolds. In 1965 I put one of their kits on a Ford 289 V8. Don't know if they are still in business.

I can't quite make out the "Maximum" RPM number; would you mind telling us what it is?
