Next question..... ( this has me stumped). This is a passenger door but doesn’t have holes for the lock or door handle. I looked Inside the door and it hasn’t been filled. Just never had holes for either. The sheet metal inside the door that holds the lock cylinder is there. Just no hole. Any thoughts guys??

I’m not an expert but I never heard of a 1936 Passenger door not having
Holes for the handle and lock. I’m thinking that the holes were filed (shaved off).
Maybe after market? I’d like to know also.

Is it truly a Cabriolet with roll-up windows? A quick internet look and I see lots of Roadsters without locks on either side.

The 36 Cabriolets had a passenger side door lock and roll up windows
The 36 Roadsters did not have door locks and roll up windows. No need
For locks if you had no windows.
