Cars of the 40’s.
Hey gang check out this cool video of “Cars of the 40’s”. See how many different Ford’s you can spot. I think you’ll like this.

Wow! Now days almost all those cars would be foreign. Kind of sad. We won the war but lost the automotive battle....starting in the 70's when Detroit City became Detroit Pity.

What a wicked cool video. Talk about a strain on those old brakes in back in Ol' San Francisco....and streets with no lane stripes. Thanks for posting.

I wonder how many of those busses were flathead Ford powered.

Re: Cars of the 40’s.
Have you been to that area of San Francisco within the past few years? Terrible, terrible shame of what a once great city has now become!!

Re: Cars of the 40’s.
Always interested in early iterations of hot rodding.... At 6:25, see the fenderless (known as "Cut Down") Ford Model A on the street next to a full fendered Ford Model A with '39 Ford tail lites and white walls parked at the curb. Probably the same one parked at 7:41. No earlier than 1947 not sure of the city, maybe San Fran? San Fran is the first, then I think Mexico City, then a very short clip from maybe Paris? I loved this! Thanks for posting!
