One thing though, throw away the Chin** bearing they supply for the pilot bearing in the flywheel and replace it with a good known brand one.

Used them to rebuild and reline my clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing. Very reasonable price, quick turnaround, and very high quality work. Highly recommend them.

They are the best. Only shop in USA that does clutch over haul. Good people

Very good company to deal with. If all our old Ford suppliers were this good, it would be great.

Make sure they sell the good clutch plate with the metal lips to hold the springs in place. Brattons sells it and FT Wayne will match it for you to the pressure plate adjustment

You have a shop a hundred miles or so from Moncks Corner. Drive down in the morning, discuss what you want with them, go have lunch, pick up/inspect your parts, and drive home.

I just bought a clutch and pressure plate from them and have always used them in the past. Good place to get a clutch and pressure plate.

I've never been disappointed with the clutch and pressure plates that Fort Wayne has built for me. I send them good cores and they are usually back the next week looking like new. There may be other shops that do the same quality work, but l'm sticking with Fort Wayne for any clutch work I need.

I agree. There are others. Felton's Clutch in Chattanooga TN also does complete rebuild on clutches and pressure plates. I got a non-China pilot bearing from them too. They had the 10" B&B clutch disc I needed in stock or said they could have rebuilt my core overnight. And it was still cheaper than a box kit from a discount parts chain.
