It Started With A Kiss - Glen Ford and a very hot Debbie Reynolds.

Starring the 1955 Lincoln Futura which later became the basis for the George Barris Batmobile.

The late Warren Oates starred in the classic "Dillinger" from '73, but an earlier movie he did called "Marlowe"? had a chase with a '40 Coupe. Also, nobody has mentioned "Macon County Line" with the T roadster pickup used in the original "Happy Days" opening or the shoebox used in "Return to Macon County", which may have been used yet again in "Stand By Me" driven by Keifer Sutherland.
