Is it normal to have the number of posts start at zero again,after the login requirement started?This one should show up as number four,but all the previous posts are not counted,from before the login.I was shown as a member with 94 posts,now junior member with 4 posts.

It's because you forgot the period at the end of your I.D. when you logged in.
Should be ( al pa. ) not ( al pa )

Yup! Go to "community" in the black bar at the top of this page. Go to "members list" and find your name twice, once with a period and once without!

Thanks for responses,guys.I tried to log in,using the period,and it says invalid password.Logging in without the period,allows me to enter,but welcomes me using the I.D. WITH password.Not sure how to correct all this.I tried deleting the one without the period,but was unsuccessful.

If you try logging in and you can't get past the password, there should be a "Forgot your password?" thing to click on. It should ask for your email address (it has to be the email address you used when you initially signed up with) and it should then send you your password through the email. At least, that's how most websites work. I never had to do it here.

You might have trouble using two "handles" with one email address...
