Default Lincoln Zephyr valve spring again

Question. Is there a visible difference between a stock, Ford V8 valve spring and an LZ V12 valve spring ?
For example the # of coils, the height, or the diameter of the wire. We know the Thompson/TRW # for an LZ spring is VS 487, but the old parts vendor I know believes he has some, but they were mixed up with stock Ford ones, and he can't tell the difference by looking at them.

We know the installed IH of "2.125 the Ford is 37#s and LZ for the same IH is 513#s, but he no way to measure that. Thank you Fordbarners.

You can easily tell the difference on a spring tester.
You can home make a tester with a drill press and a bathroom scale.

Believe LZ are red in color. LZ are visually much thicker.

Thank you all. Anyone have a photo of the Lincoln Zephyr valve spring for a '39-48 V12 so we can see if, and how it may be different than the Ford spring ? Thank you Fordbarners.

Thank you. That added to the knowledge base. Anyone know if there was difference in the number of coils, height or wire diameter between the LZ and the stock Ford ?
