Default 39 Coupe convertible with rumble seat

I purchased a 39 coupe convertible with rumble seat. The wood for the most part has rotted out. The larger wood has enough left to use as patterns. The smaller pcs. fell out when it was being blasted and blaster did not see where they came from. Anyone have knowledge or drawing of location of where these small pcs. came from. I need the dimennsions to fab. small pcs. All help would be greatly appreciated. Email is [email protected] or PM me. Phone is 251 605 5323, Thanks W.L. Donald

Note:I would entertain quote from anyone who may be able to fabricate the entire set of wood for car mentioned above if you have drawings.

36cs: Not trying to be a "smarty pants know -it-all" but, always take "before" and "after" photos. Sure helps in reassembly.

My wife has a picture of me before our wedding. I wish I could reconstruct to that image again for her!

Louis, my body and paint mechanic took pics before taking to blaster. We had no pics of smaller wood pcs. We have good pattern for larger pcs no location for smaller pcs. and since they are decayed no good pattern for fabrication. I agree with you, pics are good since my memory is not. Maybe I can trial & error the smaller pcs until I can find the place they could fit. I did try the phone no. given to me but phone was out of service. Thanks all for your comments.

One of the smaller wooden pieces is called a " water dam "
Supposed to prevent water running along the floor down into what would be the tool tray area on a coupe.
Others are the 2 small retainers that hold the spare wheel in place, and the 2 wooden pieces that fit behind the door windows.
Unfortunately you don't seem to find much information about the wood in Ford's catalogues.
Maybe they didn't wish prospective customers to know that there was quite a bit of wood in the convertibles.
You could post pictures of your remaining pieces and see if some of the convertible coupe owners out there know what they are and where they go.
Or perhaps try contacting Le Baron Bonney.
Regards,
Chris.NZ.
