Placing 390 emblem on the front of my fenders. Does anybody have the measurements or a template for mounting?
Thanks

They were basically centered in that fender panel area between the wheel opening and the front edge horizontally and the trim strip and raised reveal above the bumper vertically if you check out the photo images from google. You may need to find someone that has a bare fender with the trim holes to make a template that could be mirrored for both sides if the trim studs are symmetrical. If not, a person would need two separate templates.

Ford made a surprising amount of these cars with small blocks and even 6-cylinders. The custom models were spartan compared to the Galaxie 500 XL trim levels.

The top 2 holes are about 8 1/2 inches to the bottom of the fender and the bottom hole is about 6 3/4 inches to the front edge of the fender.Hope this helps.

Milt, Sorry so long in getting back to you. Thanks for taking the time to measure your fender. The measurements helped and the emblem ended up being 3" from the nearest fender line to the tail feathers and 2" from the the top chrome strip to the very top of the flags. Put 3 layers of tape down and drilled the first hole and then pushed the emblem against the tape to mark the other 2 holes. started with a small bit and then used the final bit. The studs on the back of the emblem are fragile so you can't force it to fit a missed drilled hole. Glad its done and it look great.
