Default loose venturi

zenith 2 venturi loose in both castings will it work like that

It is a drop in, so yes, it will not be a press or super tight fit.

On the factory print, the major diameter of the Venturi was specified to be from 1.3732" - 1.3756", -and the minor diameter size was 1.2370" - 1.2430". It really should be a slip fit and not loose as this affects the ability to create a proper vacuum for the jet due to not being centered exactly. Any epoxy (-such as JB Weld) can be your friend if you want to center and fill the void. Use a release agent so the Venturi will not be glued into the housing.
