Default Hershey numbering system

I have been going to Hershey for years and have never figured out their numbering system on the different fields. Can anyone explain?
Thanks.

It is a conglomeration of extended fields, annex etc
It sort of like Johnny Cash building one car from parts pilfered from 30 years!
It sort of makes sense as they exceed the alpha characters and have to double-triple label
Just my observation

Doesn't matter. Buy a program with an index or ask at in info station if you're trying to locate someone.

The fields have a color name, red, orange, etc. The rows are lettered, the spaces numbered.

Therefore OBF 58-59 is in ORANGE field, row BF spaces 58 and 59. I think that is Clem Clement who I plan on saying HI to on Friday. Pick up a program as you enter a field and spend five minutes checking out the maps.

Enjoy, IMHO it's not as good as it used to be, but still the best BLAST around.

You can download the overall field map and the individual field maps here to see the row and spacing layout:

Unless you have super good eyesight, it's helpful to have a magnifying glass with you when looking at the small print of the maps !

Hope this helps -have fun

Do you have to pay to be in the directory?
