need rear license light lens for 39 Fordor Delux

I'm about to finish restoration of my '39 Delux (not an easy task being in Russia!)
I need a few parts that I cannot locate:
1. a lens for rear license light - mine is cracked in the middle and I can't locate anyone who sells that lens
2. defrost control cable - the one that opens flaps in defrost ducts of a heater. You can buy a knob but not cable assembly.
Can somebody help me find those parts?
