Default 1932 Coupe Battery cable source

I will try to be specific. I have a Model B (4 Cylinder) with the starter pull on the steering column drop. The Battery cables I have are too short. I believe they are for the earlier floor starter switches? I need to go from the Battery to the Starter itself. When I got the car, it came with the battery relocated to the firewall. I am moving it back under the floor as original. I need the part # and a source. Thanks.

BF-14300 (page 6-30 in the book) is approximately 38" long and not that easy to find in original form. (Note that nearly all of the initial B starter motor components carry the BF part number prefix, meaning that they were initially intended for RHD applications.) The B-14551 support strap (page 6-31 and in the drawing below) is even more of a challenge to find, although probably not that difficult to make.

I believe that Rhode Island Wiring offers the cable.

A top quality 00 cable can be had from Battery Cables USA.

They will create one to your specs and the proprietor is a terrific guy.

David, I am pretty sure I have the support strap. Thanks for the cable info.
