Default Floor brace

I’m attaching a picture of the braces under the front floor board of my 1930 Tudor , are these factory or did someone just add these sometime in the past? Thanks in advance.

Bob Thanks I can’t seem to find just the rivets they only seem to sell them as a kit with the brackets. Im assuming they would be 1/4” x 1.25”?

Bill the floor has been replaced with a new one and the new battery cover was purchased through Snyder’s as for a cover for the old hole there wasn’t one just a odd shaped hole in floor covered with the stock floor mat!
