Default '57 E code police car build sheet, detective work needed

I've been corresponding with a fellow who has a '57 E code police car. He has the original build sheet but hasn't had any luck deciphering more than one or two codes on the lower half of it. Is there a chance someone here can provide additional info?

If you can't see the below photo clearly enough you may have to save it to your computer to enlarge it, or message me your email address and I'll send a higher resolution copy.
Yes, the current re-paint on the car isn't the same as the built sheet specs, and there is an "A 102-41 Leesie Neville Alternator option" on the car.
Help with the other codes would be very appreciated.
Thanks.

Dmsfrr,

If you don't find it here, try over at yblocksforever . There's a couple guys with a lot of old records. They may be on here also, but I'm not sure.
