Rose is a late '31 so I use a 6v fuel shutoff, but it gets pretty warm so I JB'd four aluminum heatsinks to it, helps keep it cooler. (I had to buy a box of them, so I still have 24 sinks left - enough to do 6 more shutoffs. Will send 4 of them if anyone is interested. No charge. Find me at caveluther at verizon dot net.)

After refurbishing and repositioning the steering column I found the best setup for the timing rod left my throttle rod a little long so I cut it and found that it slides perfectly into spare fuel line. (Leftover line removed for the above mentioned cutoff ) Quick and simple... cut to length and JB into the scrap fuel line. Any load is always in compression so there is little chance of it pulling apart.
