Default 39 trans in a 31
Hey Guys,
A friend has a 31 model A and he wants to replace the trans with a 39 trans. Question is, will it fit with out to much trouble.

Try doing a search as this has been discussed before.

He might also consider a Mitchell synchro tranny. Bolts in. Do a search for that also. FWIW
