Default NEED Fordomatic Y-block Car Bellhousing

the starter on my 54 came loose and snapped an ear off the bell. I need a replacement ASAP. Any leads, let me know.

I have a air cooled fordomatic that came out of a 55 tbird. The tranny was in good working order when it came out of the car. Let me know what you think.

thanks steve. i have a couple leads right now. one of them local. i'll know by the weekend if i still need it.

maybe i should buy all the ones i find and just use my hoarding skills on y-block parts...

I have one of a straight six auto, 1957 car. Will that work? I also should have a torque converter too. It's about a 2 1/2 hour drive for you. Will happily give all the pics you want before hand as well. Let me know if you need it.
