how do I go about replacing into box?!

Don't quite understand your question. Unless you are asking how to get the speedo housing out of the gear box. There is an allen set screw you take loose and then the housing slides out. Is your cable broke? Make sure your speedometer is not dragging too much or the cable will not last.
