1935-36 Convertible Sedan Interior needs
I am finishing up a 35 year restoration of an early 1936 Convertible sedan and need some help with the interior. My car came without much in the way of upholstery and with Lebaron Bonney no longer in business, I am searching for patterns or left over examples from restorations. Door panels, kick panels, seats, seat upholstery between the B pillars, and C pillar to the rear seat cushion.
P.M. me if you have something I can use for a pattern. Guy |

Where are you, I have the LB kit not installed, looked some, don't see a box of removed original interior, my father took the car apart, and like yours the car has been apart 35 years, how close are you to south jersey?

You don't have your location in your profile. A location would really help you get responses. I know where there is a almost complete Lebaron Bonney interior removed from a restored 36 convertible sedan that was street rodded.....

I am located in the state of Washington. Uncle Buck is about 200 miles from me.

1936 Ford convertible sedan upholstery update. Today I met up with Uncle Buck and bought his used 1936 Ford Convertible sedan upholstery. I was looking for patterns and ended up with a nice usable set of seats, door panels and Misc. trim pieces.
Uncle Buck treated me right and I am thankful for his help in moving this project along. GEG |

1936 Ford convertible sedan upholstery update:
I have installed the used early 1936 convertible sedan upholstery from Uncle Buck. The upholstery is from a quality restoration done a number of years ago. Everything went together and the car looks great. After a trip to SMS Upholstery in Canby, Oregon, I now have enough perfectly matching vinyl to make the few items Uncle Buck did not have. SMS has some bad reviews, but I found them to be a quality shop with a lot of inventory. As a side note; they are the shop that bought all of LeBarron Bonney's Ford door panel patterns. GEG |

I also need a 36 ford convertible sedan interior and top, I have the samples of top and interior with the stitching diagram from LB. Do you think a good upholstery shop could make a good top and interior from this info?

You are very fortuante to have found what you needed.
L/B going under is ending my car building endeavors. |
