Changing 34 Springs and Shackles,

I Just received my new Shackles for the Front & Rear Springs , I am changing out both Springs , are they a Press fit ? or do I have to hone out the holes in the spring Eyes so they fit ? the thru bolt insert; seams to be molded in Rubber, any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks ..

There have been a lot of past threads on both spring removal and removing shackle bolts. It can be a difficult task!
