fuel pump push rod lengths on 1937 ford
Hello fellow Barners I have a '37 85hp. sedan with a cast iron intake manifold. My book calls out a 7.87inch pushrod for an alum. intake but says nothing for the cast iron. Can anybody tell me what push rod I should be using?
Thanks Rich |

Quote:
DD is correct in that your non-authentic intake requires a rod 1" longer than the original equipment.

I believe that in 37 the cast iron intakes were used on trucks.
