32 roadster seat belts

I need to install seat belts in a roadster I have done it in a model a by making a bar that attaches to the body bolts but in this car I don't have the room underneath the seat I am looking for suggestions as to how to do this.
No need to reinvent the wheel if I don't have to.

I put huge OD washers in the floor pan behind the seat. The belts come up between the cushions. A friend of 40+ years was just in an accident with his roadster. His wife was killed and he is in rough shape. I am going to add a hidden roll bar behind the seat. Mostly for shoulder belts. They would be in much better shape if they had had shoulder belts.

That is awful. I had one in my model a in 92 and the door opened an my wife went out of the car I thought for sure she was killed, she spent ten days in the hospital. My prayers are with your friend.
