Default Production numbers

Greetings,

Just checking.... my 49 F 1 shows a production number of 233903, records indicate that only 104,803 trucks were produced.

How can I learn the correct number?

Have you ever considered that your production #233903 may be the serial # not the production number.

The 233903 is the serial number, which is inclusive of the other body types.

If you want to know if your truck was number X of the 104,803 produced that likely won't be possible since I don't believe Ford kept that level of detail - assuming the records still survive if they did.

That is the VIN/ serial number, not the production number.
