Default Front brake drum won't come off 49 F1

As we continue my brake experience, got the right side off with help from you guys

Went to remove left drum, no luck, stuck, wheel turns ok, and their is some small movement when trying to pull. Tried for more than an hour....

Suggestions

Back off all the way on the brake shoes on that side. Sometime the drum in badly worn and there remains a ridge at the outer edge of the drum you have to overcome. My 2¢.

If you don't know how to back the shoes off, you turn the star wheel where the bottoms of the shoes come together. Sometimes you have to tap around on the drum to loosen it up (carefully). I have had to resort to attempting to pry them off with screwdrives

JT, it might be worth keeping all your brake related questions on the original thread. I have already posted similar answers to above on that thread.

If the adjuster is frozen and the lip on the drum is preventing the removal of the hub and drum; you can take off the brake hose, remove the nut from the anchor pin, the two bolts from the wheel cylinders, and knock the heads off the retainer pins with a chisel. The whole works will come off and it will be easier to access and free up or cut out the adjuster.

With both sides apart, probably a good time to evaluate them; brake parts are pretty economical in the overall scheme of things.
