For sale is my mostly original 1947 Ford Super Deluxe with 239 Flathead V8. The only thing that is not original is that someone converted the exhaust to duals and a previous owner replaced the interior with some red velour material and there are a couple of small tears on the bottom of the front seat. The rest of the interior isn't bad but I would have replaced it if I was keeping the car.

This is a nice old Ford in very good condition except for a few dings in the original trim. It is still 6V and runs good and the engine does not smoke either on start up or while running. It's also got a new 6V battery.

The voltage regulator was replaced as well as the coil and condenser. Both mufflers have been replaced.

The brake shoes have been replaced and drums turned and the wheel cylinders have been replaced. The car has new tie-rod ends.

I have replaced the carburetor with a fresh rebuilt one from Dennis Carpenter. The transmission shift good and does not make any noise.

The only rust I found in the car was a small area in the trunk floor which I patch and put in a new rubber trunk mat.

The front motor mounts were replaced and I replaced both water pumps with new ones from Bob Drake. The radiator was removed and rodded out and the water temp runs around 180. It also has new thermostats.

I have new door gaskets still in packages that I have not installed yet that will go with the car. Numerous other things have been done to the car and all invoices will go with the car.
