Sorting and storing parts for a potential late 1931 Tudor fine point car.

Wondering if this stop light switch is an original or just a good repo?

Doesn't match the one shown in the Judging Standards (clinching tabs in the wrong place), but also does not look like the repos being sold by the dealers.

Judging by the bushings on each end of the shaft,it is either an original or a very good repro.

It is certainly not a repro and if you have any more I'd be interested

. I can't say for sure Ford used this version but I'd use one without hesitation. I have a couple well used ones like that but when I took the pics for the Standards I only included those I could verify AND were unused.

Thanks for the quick replies.

Marco, I have switches on my unrestored cars and a couple on the shelf but they are more worn and look just like the ones in the JS.

I'll plan on using this one on the fine point car and see how it does at judging.
