On 12/30/2010 sent 32.00 dollars for a suscription to model-a times , haven't recieved my mag yet,have sent them three e mails an got no reply,is this normaly the way they do business or a'm I jumping the gun !

I have had the same experience and sent 2 emails with no response and no magazine.
Are they still in business??

John LaVoy is one of the best. If the problem was the fault of Model A Times, it was not intentional and John will make it right.

I talked to John LaVoy today and he found the problem and has resolved it and reinstated my subscription. He was very professional and I am completely satisfied.
