Default Tutorial needed: R&R of the running boards

Anywhere on the 'net where I might find a complete tutorial on R&Ring the running boards? Removal from the car, disassembling the trim, removing the old rubber, etc., etc., etc .....

I have an older restoration '29 Tudor where the rubber mats needs to be replaced. I suspect it is a little more complex than just scraping off the old and sticking down the new!

Thanks.
