Hmmm, a 1930 Model A with 21" wheels but I guess a lot can happen in nearly 90 years. The wheels are a minor issue anyway.

It's just got a later engine in it.7 tooth steering,21 inch wheels,pushbutton brake in front of the shifter,radiator,puts it earlier.It looks like he made the attempt to date it though.It looks like a 60's restoration that later became a doner for a hot rod.That green on the engine/trans seemed to have been common back then.I have no clue how much it is worth,every area is different.Where I am a hot rodder would take the body off and try to get $2-$2500.for that chassis.After a couple of years he would wind up selling it for about $1500.Title is a zero issue here,A's just never had them here.
