Not me, but local to both you and I. It looks like a project car for sure.

Wow is right... that car caught a lot more money than I would have paid for it.

If you already own a Model A Ford, you should be happy when a car sells for more than you think it’s worth.

Some of us should not be so interested in running down the value of our cars.

I guess it depends on where you live. $7,400 for that car in my area seems like a reasonable price. I've also noticed over the years that we barners tend to put lower prices on Model A's than they generally sell to the public. Maybe it's because we often buy from each other because finding a good owner and home for your baby is more important than getting top dollar. Just an observation.

That and some people are "in the past" on pricing. Current market things have gone up. The massive baby boomer generation is retiring and trying to find things to spend money on.

It says it has a rebuilt engine, and the car looks like a good survivor, so I'd say they buyer got a good deal.

Depending on the wood. That top looks like it may not be "water repellent".

I agree and as I mentioned- got 8300. a few years back for a similar one and it went to Norway. so this was a bargain.

If the seller was happy, and the buyer was happy, then it was a good deal all aroundl

The sheet metal looks excellent and that in itself makes it work paying a little more. I think it was a fair price. Yes, it cost more to do one than you can buy one for but then it depends on how well you are buying or restoring one for? It looks like a very solid car.
Evidently the market showed what it's worth on that day.
