Thats a good question! I was wondering if it would be worth the Hour & a half drive . I went to the Monroe meet & there was only a couple "A" sites. Lots of other stuff and lots of people. So does anybody know if its "A" friendly.

I have not heard anything about Fowlerville, but the Sins of Steel traditional hot rod show might have stock parts at their swap meet on June 1st. It is held in Davisburg.

The Sloan Auto Fair is coming up as well.

Its a mixture of Model A, early ford and modern. There is one vendor there every year with 2 enclosed trailers full of A parts. Its put on by the VMCCA clubs. It opens at 8:00 am.

It was worth it for me to go there too, but I didn't buy as much as last year. I heard from another that there was a lot of grumbling from the vendors that everyone was looking, but not buying. Many pulled out early to try their luck at the Tech Center swap meet on Sunday.

I dropped almost $400 But I got some deals and some hard to find things. I got a NICE 29 radiator with some bent fins for $175. Looks almost new, it's a honeycomb core though, but it is better than what I have as far as functional.

I bought an antique commercial grease gun for $15, then walked around the corner and a guy offered me more then double my money for it. I'm going to regret that one though. It even had an almost full 5gal thing of grease.

I got some shocks that look like they will be functional, $5 a piece is what he was asking. I got 5 of the best ones for $20 package price.
