Default Size of speedometer drive unit

I'm having some Speedometer cable inserts made for the Northeast oval speedometer and need to confirm the transmission end size of inner cable with tang.
I know some are .152. Some NORS cables I have are that size and another appears to be larger, .192-.200. Are both sizes correct and other than measuring, any idea on how to determine the correct size? Thanks
