Default Looking for 1931 Roadster owner northern Wisconsin

I would like to find the owner that has a 1931 restored roadster listed for sale on the Milwaukee Gateway Classics cars website.

The photo is NOT clear on my computer but it looks like the running board apron has the vertical seam even with the front of the running board, which would mean the roadster is a 1930. What do you see?

I don't see the join either directly or by looking at the reflections in the paint.
