Default Air bubbles in water

I had some foaming from the radiater cap going up a long hill.Drained the antifreeze and filled with distilled water. This seemed to stop the foaming but noticed when I increased the throttle bubbles occurred. I took the fan belt off and the bubbles stopped.Iam thinking I may have some pin holes in my radiater and air is getting sucked into my water when I rev the motor up.
What's your thoughts?

You are taking some air in around the water pump somewhere. They will take it in in places and not leak water out.Around the shaft, and packing nut is common.I think a lot of head gaskets get replaced for water pump problems.

You could also have a crack, or bad head gasket. Get a combustion gas tester from your auto parts store and test,,,,if you conclude there is no air being sucked in around the water pump.

O'rielly's does free tests, I wonder if they have a combustion gas tester?

I agree with Keith.
That's why the rear grease fitting has a cap with a leather washer to seal off air getting through.
