Fred,
You will get many opinions on this forum. Many Model As have had many changes over the years. Unless you come across that "barn find" that was parked in the late 30s or 1940s, chances are you don't have an original example. Unless you are striving for a fine points award winner, install an interior that you like! You aren't hot rodding the car. Make changes and improvements that can be easily reversed. If you change out original parts, box them up. That way if the next owner wants it factory original that can be accomplished more easily. I believe that we are caretakers of vintage cars and historic homes and should not destroy their historic vale with our changes.
